Our casse croute cuvées are wines to share, with friends, at home, with colleagues, they are wines that tend to put elbows on the table. Spontaneous, fresh, delicious, their fruits slide from aperitif to barbecue, from salads to cheese platters. Nothing technological in all of this, just the hands of our organic farmers who naturally express the terroir of their Viognier & Grenache grapes for the white and Merlot syrah for the red.
