La Touge is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. This wine comes from a 20 hectare plot on clay-limestone soils, in the CRU LA LIVINIERE appellation. Its nose is very expressive with smoky, meaty notes and aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry). With a purple color, the palate is powerful and rich, very integrated with acidity. The tannins are ripe but arrive with sweetness. La Touge is fresh and dynamic.
Fréginat ( potato with meat )
Powder of wild herbs from the Montagne Noire in the south of France. The plants that make up this mixture bring a note of freshness to accompany salads and cereals. Known as digestive, they lighten up hearty and gourmet dishes. Ingredients: Fennel, rosemary and helichrysum
