NOSE :
The color is dark red. Elegant and complex, aromas of cassis and roasted coffee beans and cherry.
TASTING NOTES :
A full-bodied, smooth palate with generous fruit.
WINEMAKING :
Vinification : Maceration in cement tank during one month with gentle pumping over and ‘pigeage’ (punching down).
