Rose de Nymphe Émue

The « Cuisse de Nymphe » is a type of rose. It is very pale pink, almost mauve. It was brought to France at the end of XVI century from Crimea. It name was “Rosier blanc royal”. This Rosé is a blend of Grenache noir. Wine Advocate 90 points "boasts a slightly peachy-pink hue but real rosé flavors. Peach, strawberry and citrus avoid the overly confected notes present in so many of today's rosés, finishing clean and crisp."

NOSE :

Fresh, mineral notes balance notes of maraschino cherries, apricots, eucalyptus, and raspberry brambles.

TASTING NOTES :

Its roundness is driven by a lovely acidity. Flavors of tart fruit on the finish. This is a dry, berried wine that pairs beautifully with a plate of prosciutto and ripe summer tomatoes.

WINEMAKING :

The process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention.
