Le parfait is unique. Ony one vintage in 2011 was produced.
It is a very special carigan which comes from our oldest vines . The vineyard sites for this wine are formed on clay, limestone and sandstone, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. The wine is then aged in french oak barrels.
Very limited quanties. Maximum purchase per client -6 bottles

NOSE :
Aromas of dried fruits, sweet tobacco, and toasted spices.
TASTING NOTES :
Le Parfait (2011) is a complex wine, full bodied, and rich, it is perfect for drinking now or to keep through 2024
WINEMAKING :
Vinification : Fermented for 8 days in concrete and wood open fermenter at 23C and maceration post at 28C during 5 weeks.
Aged in new oak barrels, the french oak adds spice and character to the wine.
