We have produced a small quantity of this magnificent wine, born from a deep connection with the land and the delicious fruits it offers us. For us, the soil is not just an inert matter: it is a rebellious heart that beats beneath our feet, a living network that carries the past and nourishes the future. This exceptional wine is a true testimony to its terroir.

Vinification: Fermentation for 8 days in open concrete tanks at 23°C, followed by post-maceration at 28°C for 4 weeks.

Aging: 5 months in concrete tanks

Serving Temperature: 16-18°C

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
